Should be noted that India is pretty friendly with the Russians (to balance their rough relationship w/ China). So, not surprising I suppose that AK is taking the same line as they are.
IBM should outsource everything to Russia. I bet they can get some real cheap labor! But be careful, if you resource a Ruski, Putin will bo-b IBM.

Judging by the Russian military's performance, I think we already did. It also looks like their battle plans were drawn up by Watson.
IBM's social stances are really just a PR tool. Profits will always come first.

Unbelievable that nearly every other major tech co is doing something , but not IBM!
