What accomodations are available to allow WFH?

What needs to be declared?

My favorites are the RTO exceptions in S. Powell’s team, which is the ultimate in hypocrisy…

Why is it that people can't stay on topic? Are you stupid? Being ironic?Simply deliberately obtuse?
Regardless.... go annoy someone/someplace else...PLEASE!!

This would be false, especially seeing that many of the OC and MC have actual proof and numbers showing the increased productivity while working remote.

Remotes will be laid off after they see the numbers on RTO

Sorry... not all medical are reviewed after 3 months. Mine is "accommodated in place". Approved accommodation is Telecommuting-Full Time (ongoing). No chance my health situation will change so HR said while I might be required to attend training or meetings in office as requested by my manager (won't happen) my WFH status is permanent.

There are lots of exceptions happening across all the businesses. Everyone is being told to keep quiet on it. Completely unfair but that’s life.

People who are getting accommodations for the most part are people who either live 40-60 miles from the closest location, or who have approved medical accommodations. Medical accommodations are reviewed every 3 months.

OP here. I got sent a message accidentally from HR where it said some one was approved for WFH for 3 months.
Not permanently though

OP, I don’t think anyone will share. Because if they got approved for reasons other then medical or something to that extend, they might loose it if many people start asking for the same.
