Why hasn’t the policy been updated since the new CDC policy last week? We have followed their policy during this entire time, why not now???

Why haven't we fired more of these malcontents? Not good for much except complaining.
ATTENTION ATTENTION - Vaccine doesn't stop the spread of the virus or keep you from getting it - I KNOW THIS A SHOCKER FOR SOME FOLKS. So why does it matter if you wear the mask or not... should be the individual's choice.

Last week, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) updated their face covering guidelines to better reflect community risk levels. Counties are now identified as having a high, medium or low risk level. After careful review, we are revising our mask policies for vaccinated employees in most states to align with the new CDC guidance. Here’s what it means for you starting tomorrow, March 4:
U.S. employees: Fully vaccinated* management and non-management employees – where there is no state or local mask mandate – can now work without a mask in counties with low or medium COVID-19 community risk levels.
Montana and Tennessee employees: Due to state law, we’re unable to distinguish between vaccinated and unvaccinated employees in these states. As a result, you are required to wear a face mask, regardless of vaccination status.
You are complaining about a week in a company that is like 100+ years old? Are you looking for things to poke at or is that one your personal battle?
Nobody at work has ever worn them in my area, except for the people at the phone stores. AT&T loves these types of policies because it gives them more reasons to micromanage and write people up. We all know this company has never and will never care about our safety and well being.
Ah, have you known AT&T to show cat like quickness with regard to any policy updates in the past? Didn't think so.
Look for new guidance in 2024.
This will not be enforced by your supervisor. There are bigger issues to address than this policy.
