Just received the unvaxxed RTO email, quite a shock for someone in a fully remote type of role. You will be located in a special building and floor with the rest of the unclean, you will be required to wear a face diaper at all times, you must maintain physical distancing, you must COMPLETE CORONAVIRUS TESTING FIVE TIMES PER WEEK, and participate in daily health screenings on the company website. I have been here well over, a decade, but after the sh---y raises (and I am a top performer in my area) and now this, I am actively seeking employment elsewhere.
Yes, a requirement for all new hires. Which is why it's insane to think anyone unvaccinated will still have a job in the near future. They won't implement a mandate and set themselves up for lawsuits, they'll just fire them (of course with terms more like "layoff" or "let go").
