What I have noticed is that managers here either have very unrealistic expectations of employees who are incompetent and unable to respond to such requests, or, as in my case, completely underestimate their employees. I decided to leave because the manager treats me as if I am in a lower position than I am. Anyone else with experience like this? Accepting such treatment is letting your skills go to waste.
