Covid 19 Testing for Unvaccinated

Does anyone know if Covid testing is onsite. I can’t find the information let alone get someone to respond. Also why are unvaccinated testing and masking when mask mandates have ended and vaccinated get Covid too? Seems discriminatory and not inclusive to me. CDC even admits tests are not accurate and vaxed get Covid. Testing people who aren’t sick until they get vaxed? Also how long will WF cover these tests do you think?

No definitive answer and makes no sense. Hopefully the whole discriminatory testing requirement vapes.

Anyone get a definitive answer on this? If RTO starts 3/14 and required to have a negative test before entering work site, how is testing onsite going to work? With having to wait at least 48 hours for test results? Makes no sense...

I find it disturbing that there are so many that don’t question anything. They just believe that everyone has their best interest at heart.

Are the previous two posters ok? WF does not require the jab. Boomers are the most entitled and spoiled generation in the history of this country, not even close.

This is a coddled generation issue. Your children will be much tougher and much like the first wave boomers. Strong generations protect their children from the hardships which they had to endure. The subsequent weaker generations leave the problems which toughen their descendants. It literally is the pattern since history has been recorded.

Truthfully get jabbed or move on to a job where it is not required. It has now been over two full years for you to make a decision.

All of the facts are in… make your personal choices and live the results. There are far greater decisions in life than getting or refusing the jab.

Patrick Henry did not say “give me Liberty or give me something else”. You folks are struggling with a far less difficult decision and have so much more information. Can I assume all Gen X Slackers “with their give me ambiguity or something else” credo?

Light frivolous lives lead inevitably to indecision.

Legally, disparate treatment applies if he subject is in a protected class (e.g. race, gender, national origin). Unjabbed is not a protected class. However, there is an argument that policies targeting unjabbed have disparate impact to certain protected classes.

Everyone is dropping the masking and testing of unjabbed. They told me it’s not discriminatory because it’s all unjabbed doing it. Lol. I said I’ve taken discrimination classes at WF and it is since anyone can get and transmit Covid! They have been so quiet I bet they will drop it eventually too as it opens up litigation.

The testing info is on the RTO site. Those who are unjabbed got an email with a link to an Excel file listing all the sites and what days of the week you can get/return tests. My RTO site is not one of the sites that has tests: in that case, you're expected to drive to the nearest WF site that has tests. For some of us, the closest WF site has tests available for pickup only 1-2 days a week. I'll be losing almost an entire workday driving to that site, grabbing a test kit, probably taking it back home, activating it on the Color site, taking the test, hopping back in the car, and driving back to that building to drop it off. As far as I know...the whole thing is stupid and completely unnecessary.

It is EXTREMELY discriminatory and patently absurd: everyone can get CV19 and everyone can transmit it, regardless of jab status. Even the NFL dropped this insanity today.

They also offered Everlywell for voluntary early return. Everlywell ships to your home. Couldn’t find anything on the Color site about about actually getting a test kit. Seems like a Catch 22 if test kits are on site, but you need a negative test to go on site. I’m sure Dr. B and the brain trust will figure all this out within the next week.

I’m Covid-positive but triple-jabbed so it’s all good. See you in the office tomorrow!

It’s over. WF just like everyone else is walking back the insane mandates and discriminatory practices. RTO will look a lot like the last day before the lockdowns. Nothing to see here folks, move along.

Originally they sent 6 boxes of BinaxNow home test kits to the unvaccinated. Later, they changed their minds, and decided to use the kind of test that gets sent off to a lab.

So the unvaccinated were told to open Color accounts, then pick up their swab kit on-site, use the swab, seal it in envelope, and mail it back to ColorHealth. They will update Wells Fargo with the results.

They sent an email saying the unvaccinated can just keep those home test kits for personal use. They don’t count for RTO. Only ColorHealth tests count.

They were supposed to send weekly tests to the homes of the people who are either unvaccinated, or who didn’t answer the questionnaire. Those people were then supposed to create Color accounts, and send off the tests for results.

Testing is not paid in that case. It's a condition for work.

With the vax requirement dropped for business travel, I'm guessing that there won't be any general vax requirement to work. And without that, the number of workers getting annual boosters will drop, rendering any kind of vax or test policy moot.

They've been really quiet on this in the last few updates. I think that's because they're planning to drop the testing requirement entirely. If not, there goes another hour or so of "work" each week.

Yeah with the latest bu-----t I won’t be wearing a mask in the office. Nobody is in my area any more.
Testing? I will not comply.
Putin cured Covid.

Even the medical folks will tell you the fast acting ones only have 50/50 success rate. That’s why they don’t use them. A cheap fantasy pushed by friends of the former resident who profited off it.

The only way to know for sure is the PCR blood test.

@ika+1fzFknKq I have looked everywhere and do not see it. I had tests shipped to me but we aren’t using those I guess. So we need to test negative mask up or be fired. Very inclusionary snd it only stops if we get vaxed!

The testing info is on the RTO site on teamworks.

I agree...shouldn't have to.
