Anyone else continuously have to remind people that you had experience before you got to BOA? Very cultish, where it only seems the work you’ve done within the company matters.

Completely agree! Old timers wear their service time like a badge of honor. No new ideas respected. Shut up and keep doing things exactly the same inefficient way.
