I know of at least 2 people, single income families with kids living close to paycheck to paycheck, that Honeywell suspended without pay for not getting their test results in on time. They were working a lot of overtime those weeks and got distracted, and forgot.
It is so ethical to retaliate an punish employees after it was safe enough to announce the testing program is suspended.
i know of another - missed deadline by an hour or two (according to app) but according to the person did not miss deadline at all - of course legal loved it and took an opportunity to save their beloved moneywell a weeks pay for one staff.
awful. just awful. especially considering testing is about the be scrapped. I guess the company didn't actually care about covid because once supreme court threw out the cases ALL their talk of vaccinations for new hires etc., ceased pretty quick.
HR is still trying to suspend people that missed last weeks submission, even though testing is suspended indefinitely, one day after the deadline. These people are demented.

It appears to be part of the planned attrition. One suspended employee used their unpaid time off to find a new job. Mission accomplished.
