I am following the rules and showing up when required. I go into the office to sit there alone. At most there are 1-5 people there on any given day. Monday and Friday are the lightest. Why can't I sit alone in the comfort of my home vs. the office? I don't know. No matter, if people did show up they are just loud and carry on conversations that annoy me. I hate this.

I haven’t and won’t, if I get fired my skill set is in high demand and I’ll make more with WFH.

We were told that we're no longer allowed to leave early to go home and work overtime or make up flex time. We're moving in the wrong direction.

Management is shoving RTO down everyone’s throats. They are hoping people will just shut their traps and get used to it. At the end of a call, management spent 10 minutes talking about the benefits of being together in the office, it’s comedy at this point.

Miserable… mentally, physically & emotionally exhausted. Longest 8.5 hours then a lovely 30-45 min drive home. And surprise surprise lied to.. where’s the survey? Where’s the new flexibility if we have to be in the office 5 days a week?!?!?

I am parking at golds gym that validates my parking every 2 hours which is a 15 minute walk away...so every 90 to 105 minutes I have to leave work and leave the parking deck just to come right back to get my next 2 hours of parking...so I am getting my badge swipes but with all the walking and reparking I am putting way less time in at work. I only do this once a day and then go home but still ...its beautiful..

WFH in Albany. Grass is greener and sun shines bright.

I have a medical accommodation but my LOB disapproves of it. This simmering sentiment along with the overall ridiculousness of having to be back in the office 5x a week is forcing my hand and I will be leaving soon.

The majority of people I know, do not want to RTO and frankly hate it, but they feel fear and aren’t able to speak out.
