Martin Sundquist Michelle Adams and Amanda Wiltshire craine just pulled lots people into a workforce share to fire them at end of temp assignment anyone who cares about their career in banking would never come back to Wells Fargo especially when many remote positions paying lots more than wells ever will. Wells is getting broken up bit by bit. It would be a stupid career move to stay with that bank after all the lies and scandals and the way they’re doing seasoned employees who are highly skilled.
I can’t get the 24 years back, but I would never add any more of my life’s energy. #CharlieRuinedEverything

I quit last month and it was the best thing I ever did. Wells Fargo went from treating customers poorly to treating their employees terrible. The writing is the wall

Former long time WF employee- You ask if I would ever go back to Wells? If I needed a job? If you can't get another job in this market you are already missing part of your brain so those would be the only people who "need a job" and especially one at wells... GHADS NO I would not go back nor would I even suggest it for anyone starting out... LOOK ELSEWHERE.... Jobs and careers are plentiful right now... I had a pretty high paid position as a Technology Manager and yet, I found a much nicer job, better place , better benefits PTO that matched my 5 weeks at wells and I received a 33% RAISE! No, I would not go back, and neither should anyone else.
Nope. Culture beyond broken. In addition to Chuck & Co., there are too many cliques of delusional holier than thou arrogant a$$e$ to deal with. Anyone who has been there 5+ years has been conditioned to behave in a completely unacceptable manner in a corporate environment (things like being respectful to others, not acting like junior high mean girls, etc.). Long term outlook is not promising for corporate survival.
My new employer doubled my salary.

Wells Fargo can keep that 2% raise.
I would. I had a great team, my boss was awesome. She was laid off. I was laid off but I'd still come back. I learned a lot.
So, what's more to ask from a job. If you learn and if you work with people who help you and who you respect. I know that we had issues, the company was struggling and the scandal was playing out in the media. But all of this did not affect me much as my bubble was working just fine and were working on things that made an impact.
So, yes, I'd go back if I could but I know that my situation would be different this time. My old boss moved on, she would never want to be back. Some of my team mates changed careers, I started learning new things too.
We all change with time and while I would like to relive old experiences I think it'd be hard to go back.

If they replaced all of the incompetent management they put in place in the last 3 years I would like to go back. They clueless $&?!s they have in there now? Not a chance I would consider it.

If circumstances change with the location strategy and misfired RTO requirement, I would love to come back and work with many of the same people and programs I recently left. Sadly, I didn't want to leave but my hand was forced. I was very good at my job, highly regarded for my work, and sincerely enjoyed my colleagues and leadership team.
Nope. I had a recruiter from WF contact me recently. No, thanks. The MAX pay in the range of the role I was contacted about is less than I make now with my new employer.
Never, absolutely never. I would go door-to-door selling candy bars before coming back to Wells.
Seriously though, my skills (tech) are such that I wouldn't have ever consider coming back. There are so many great opportunities out there that it was easy to find something without all the baggage. Sure, no job will be perfect but Wells set the bar very low and I'm happy now.
If I was close to retirement age and needed to coast a couple of years, then I might consider it.
Nope. There would need to be a complete culture shift, starting with the ouster of the a$$ho-e at the top.
