C suite aren't compensated that well... right, other company stocks didn't take permanent nose dive.
Management employee ranks got a 1/2 inflation merit incase, and we should be grateful as it was a gift from the gods. Stank wrote himself a 2x inflation pay raise, I don't know about you, but that is pretty damn huge hike for a stagnant utility company.
Proxy statement just show how screwed you get when paid in stock options. If you compare AT&T to a comparable fortune company, you will see our C suite is not compensated that well.
And workers getting paid too. Nice.
However if you read thru all the compensation information, you will see the the bulk of their pay is stock, so they depend on stock performance for the bulk of pay. Monthly salary is only about 10% of overall compensation.
Peanuts! How will they ever survive? Just look at how these two have advanced AT&T, don't they deserve more?
