- Young and/or inexperienced, scared to leave due to lack of experience
- Think the pension is worth being paid 20% less per year
- HIPO with a sponser ( in which case #2&3 most likely apply )
- Get paid well + extremely apathetic to work environment, company culture, poorly selected leadersip……..list goes on.
Anyway, my guess would be less than 10% of employees would say “because I like it here and feel appreciated”. Is that the kind of corporation you would want to invest in?
