Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Anyone else find it disingenuous?

Getting lectured about Business Ethics by Charlie, when we are moving jobs overseas, enacting RTO and Location Strategies so that older workers end up quitting instead of being laid-off with severance?

Wonder how Charlie treats his maids, cooks and drivers?

Yes, Charlie. Show us how it's done:

Step 1: Hire your former boss's son-in-law.
Step 2: Install said son-in-law in high-level position he is not qualified for.

Don't think we even need a Step 3.

At least he doesn't lecture you about how you should support black lives matters like he did at BK. He wants diversity as long as you're just like him.

He is completely disingenuous. Ding him on the feedback evaluation that asks if you believe what he says.

Chuckie’s hair must be starting on fire as he reads that script, or he has a nail in his shoe to keep himself on topic.

Charlie is the biggest joke. All the other banks are laughing. And Charlie talking ethics is laughable. Enjoy the humor!

Charlie should begin every communication with: “Do as I say, not as I do.”
