I've been gone from there for a while, but if people still push mail carts around, ask if the bonus checks are in today's delivery.

The PIPs will continue despite all profits and increased workloads until morale improves.

Bonuses will be given to Execs and sponsored chosen people because they deserve more than the hard working people.

For the stinkin' government, YES, through the d-mbs windfall profit tax. Oil companies used to give it back to their employees as bonuses instead of giving it to Uncle Sam, but I don't think the company cares about its employees anymore. One time in the 1980s I received 17% of my annual gross pay 2 years in a row. That was sweet.
