Is anyone else seeing animosity from the opposing team? The people I worked with that are now E team have become arrogant, and frankly, I am offended by their attitude. My work is where the money comes from, but they believe I don’t have a future here.
This reorg definitely feels like a huge mistake for the workers involved.
The arrogance has been there since they begin to staff up EC. What do you expect when you tell all the new hires and incompetent friends and family members that they were sent to EC to save the company?
Model E is a woke joke with no marketable product. Their data is already gathered 100 other ways.
Ford is a day late and a dollar short. Again.
Model E team is the future, and more specifically, the data and software side. There is little money in hardware. Which sad to say, us 100% of Ford blue.
Go away troll.....there are no hard feelings from this new org change, just the same one hard feelings. Some teams/orgs just don't get along due to conflicting org goals.

As a Mach-E employee, I do not look down on Blue at all! Blue is the money-maker. E is necessary for enabling competing features that our competitors are also offering. I hate the split. Blue, E, we are all the same company, we all want the same things, and we all want our company to be successful. Why Jim and Bill decided to create a rift between the groups is beyond me. Other than Bill wanting to look at E as his version of Tesla. He wants to be Elon. He will NEVER be Elon!!
ICE will be around for awhile, and BEV is a lot of hype. There is a lot of straw man thinking that BEV is the answer to everything. The range for BEV is not as great as toted. Putting a charger in a home garage is not the answer. The power grid will not handle the load of everyone charging. Fallacys go on and on...

It is Fords nature. The GDIA team in its day in the sun treated all the other teams Iike dirt and got special treatment. Then when results were not forthcoming, the leader was ousted and special status removed.
