Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Mondelez places zero value in existing talent

I know a few people here who worked till they were exhausted to the limit and couldn’t take it anymore, so they left. After that, they were replaced by people who barely work now but are paid almost as much as those who left. Isn't this a school example of how the workforce should not be managed?

Unfortunately this is what we get. You can move on or stay but don't expect Management at Mondelez to change. Once you accept that it gets a little easier.. Not much but a little.
