VIA confirmed they have authorization from Ford and Ford transferred the money to them February 10th. They keep giving me new ticket numbers, four at this point, but still, they can't (won't) explain why they can transfer the money to my VIA account.
I called today, April 6th, and they said it would take another 7-10 days to post it to my account. This after they received the money on February 10th!
I did a search under VIA complaints and came up with complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau and numerous other sites complaining about their poor customer service.
Any suggestions?
