The company continues to use the PDS to layoff employees. But they keep repeating that it’s not about getting rid of employees but just part of our continuous improvement process to help employees get better.
They even state that most people that agree to the program, pass the program and don’t get separated. But they don’t address how many people don’t and move onto other jobs or the amount of folks that just resign in general voluntarily.
But how do you continue to meet the corporate goals of getting to roughly 53,000-55,00 employees and extract $6-9 billion in structural efficiency ?
It the old saying… watch what the company does not what is says.
