Most union people are happy, as far as I can tell. Though we joke how the New York offices are full of degenerates who are unhappy, I still think most like the company. Anyway, do you think a lot of people will take the 6 and 6 when it’s offered? Also why?

There isn’t a reason, or a chance in He-l, that an offer will include any time added to service and age.
There’s no reason at all to do that, there aren’t any new hires, and there aren’t many who could leave who haven’t.
6+6 happened when they hired thousands of new techs waaaay back in the day.

I already out in my paperwork and it was approved. 6 and 6, giving me exactly 33 years 7 months and turning me 57. In other words, can you say full pension$$$$$$$?

Adding 6 years to your Years of Service to reach 30 or both to the equation to reach the magic 75.

If this were true it would be a ghost ship after the amount of people, including myself, that would happily leave. So please, don't get people on here all hyped up over false information. Why don't you say, "You wish they'd offer a 6&6 again", highly unlikely. I'll be happy with just an enhanced EIPP so I can escape from those prison walls.
