If Weaponized PIP helps so much…..

If Weaponized PIP is so refreshing and beneficial to EM, then 8% of all Managers and Executives should be judged NSI.

Some think our Management are made up of top performers but it is a fact that at least 25% of managers and executives are dead weight that were placed on the management ladder before their arrogance and stupidity were measured.

We used to have two career ladders, "Technical" and "Management". Today, we have one career ladder and "management' will always trump "technical" for merit raises and promotions.

Management is typically in the top two quartiles in our yearly ranking system whether they deserve it or not.

Yes! Let’s invigorate and revitalize our management by having them also submit to a healthy, beneficial, oversized and never ending PIP! We don’t want to be selfish and keep this marvelous resource just for us, ordinary workers!

They were placed on the mgt ladder precisely because of their arrogance and stupidity.

If any supvs are pipped, it will because of a display of virtue. Showing a sense of justice or a hint of empathy. This will be pipped.
