2022 PADP accelerated schedule

This year, the PADP schedule will happen in Apr/May. Last time this happened was ahead of the 2020 layoffs.

Are they setting the stage for layoffs again?

Absolutely ....yes! The reorg has created redundancies (code name: synergies). Listen how your L4 or L3 tells you they're evaluating the organization's capabilities in the 1st 3 weeks in April...just in time for PDAP ranking in May. This is no accident...if your redundant, they'll use MLRP. If your redundant but RE, say hello to layoffs.

Reduce the head count.

We are no different than you; leadership has goals & objectives that must be met.

No, they just setting the stage so that many employees will resign voluntarily after the PADP...even now there are my resignation posts on LI....some people already know what to expect for the PADP outcome and just don"t want to waste their time any longer...
