The ranges in job postings are all over the map, even for the same job title in the same location. They're intentionally not being transparent because it's easier to make sure we remain underpaid and unaware.

@zbh+1gAHide5 Welcome to all financial services companies except Wells Fargo. People here treated incentive like it was a guaranteed thing and work product suffered for it. As someone who got average bonuses and great ratings until last year when the great rating came with a significantly increased bonus, I am thrilled that we are actually a pay for performance company now.
The ranges don't bother me as there were always ranges. However, the vagueness in the bonuses is very concerning
So go work somewhere else! You realize working is a choice, right? You have the choice to work anywhere you want.
