Any other questions?
The verbiage says nothing would prohibit you from returning as a contractor. Time away used to be 60 day separation required. It was reduced once to 30 days. Also, it can be shortened with an exception at the correct level.
All employees are currently on a one year contract. Contractors have more job security.
For the U.S. there is a 60 day waiting period.
There is a FAQ on the HR site that explains all this.
Once you've climbed out of the firepit, this is irrelevant.
What?
Did your moms give you a pflalate Esso pacifier as an infant.
Did you grow up just outside the fence of a chem plant and now miss the smell of phosgene in the morning?
Bozo? who's that.
Because contractors don’t have to do a lot of the bu-----t stuff like employees. Ranking for example.
Why would you ever want to come back?
They removed that verbiage in the version I received late last year.
