As long as people like Manon Brouillette are running things instead of some VZ homegrown this company will continue to bleed customers quarter after quarter.

These characters inherited some great assets which they have been living off of but have not added to nor maintained. It seems as if they have no idea how this market operates.

That’s why I’m not with them anymore. After being with them over 20 years, they couldn’t throw me a bone on a phone discount, while they’re giving free stuff to new customers. See Ya.

That's right were losing customers per quarter but the brains who run the company thinks it's the best time to pass off the extra cost to customers. I didn't have to go to Harvard to advise that's a horrible decision people will leave faster. I don't have verizon wireless or ever will as long as they have one discount for management 50% and 25% for union bs and beauracray is our enemy!!! They way they performance improvement plan kicks representatives out the door I'm wondering why that doesn't apply to management is it the ceo's will or skill that he's this incapable of running the company. Either way he gets 40 million failing while everyone else would get the boot that's the problem that needs to be fixed such wasteful spending to make the white who run the company richer let me guess who will replace HV another white old man smh

Im surprised they offer existing customers anything as thatnis a huge improvement. From what I keep reasing you wont have much luck getting their estimate either way though.

No wonder Verizon’s postpaid phone base (a key measure of reliable customers billed for monthly service) fell by 36,000 connections in the first quarter 2022.

Value does matter more during inflation, however Verizon's goal to help you get the most out of your carrier falls short.
