Chuck has been on the Board of Directors of Blackrock since 2017. Larry Fink and all the other globalists are who Chuck answers to. He plays a good game "ACTING" like he cares about the company and employees but he is simply fulfilling a ROLE that he has no choice but to play. THE NARRATIVE/ AGENDA is what he answers to. If he steps out of line, there will be he-l to pay. Literally. Very sad.

Klaus Schwab and the WHO. He listens to Larry Fink. Chuck is a globalist who wants to see the NWO bring about Agenda 2030/2040/2050 you can see his speaking at WHO events. Blackrock is his baby Cisco is his payday.

Good question. In think he's fully aware Cisco is fscked up because there's been no profound culture change to bring it back on course. Customers have been reporting the same issues for decades: our products don't even work together. Robbins has done nothing to change that. Let the fiefdoms (BUs) compete, throw CAP resources at upset customers and repeat.

There hasn't been a valid, corporate-wide attempt at a growth strategy at Cisco for a decade. Fundamentally, there are too many fiefdoms with different aspirations and no-one strong enough to take all of them on.

Chuck understood this coming into the CEO job so his strategy has been to delay the decline for as long as possible in order to keep the big paychecks coming. He's been successful and is at the point where the now inevitable decline won't have any impact on himself or his family - kids, grandkids, great-grandkids...

Employees should understand this and act appropriately for the good of themselves and their families.

Boston Consulting Group. They have frameworks on how to manage a business decline.
