They are afraid to do dr-g testing. There would be unwanted consequences. Management might not get to PIP any more.

There is testing on campus, but I believe it is for cause.
I was in MOH offices above the gym for a medical test related to moving overseas, and I asked if I could use the bathroom. They said that I could, but would need to wash my hands in the exam room sink. The toilet had the darkest blue water and the sink faucet was taped up. I asked why, and doctor said that was the dr-g testing bathroom.
SATCU program (Substance Abuse Testing) is pretty much shut down.
They'll test after an injury, accident or near-miss (sometimes), of course.
Even the Execs aren't tested anymore - walking talking accidents.
I get tested weekly at the spring campus. Se--n sample taken orally on 5th floor stall 5 all the way back in Friday afternoons
Reasons for testing Houston employees: they operate machinery on company property every time the drive on campus and they walk long stairs without holding handrails. Either activity can result in their injury or death/injury of others.
It’ll take someone being seriously injured or ki---d fir anything to happen. XOM is a reactive company.
I doubt it, does any employee do physical work there? Besides going to the gym and joining a zoom call.
Never heard of any either. Most of us need dr-gs to put up with this place. A little smokin will calm the nerves.
