I have a coworker that just loves to stir up the team. She will get everyone upset over nothing and then my supervisor has to calm everyone down. Problem is some people really like her. I am thinking of asking for a transfer and specifically mentioning her as the reason why.

Lots of those types at EM. Usually go on to senior management or technical management. Why we are a mess.

I don’t know. If others really like her, maybe it is worth reflecting on whether there are other reasons why she upsets you.
