The question becomes, how does AK find time to do that?!?!?! Shouldn't he be dedicated to IBM and show something for once as results?

Some of you seem to think this is the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. It is not. It's a Class B Director for the NY branch. A part time vanity position. Like getting selected to appear in the next volume of Who's Who In Business if you write up a bio and send in with a $100 check.

You’d think running a failing company would be a 80 hr a week job. Buts seems not.

How can he get another gig. When it may have a potential conflict of interest. Is that what we are told in our Business Conduct Guidelines???

Sounds like right for thee and not for me. Yet again.

Well there will be no mystery how he votes - with the tremendous debt burden that IBM has, it is greatly in IBM's interest (as in survival) to keep interest rates very low.
