I feel very miserable about the fact that I am still here and very worried because I can't find a new job and the atmosphere in the store is worse than ever. It used to be nice to work here but now I just wonder how much longer before we hit the rock bottom?

Overspending, spoilage is outta control but they don’t want to lose sales it’s only a matter of time b4 AMAZON steps in and cleans house!!! WFM days are coming to an end get out cause the ship is sinking!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you are going to stay a Union may be your best option. Even if it doesnt improve atleast it would make the higher ups unhappy. Drag them down with us or see improvements with a Union I see either as a step in the right direction.
It gets worse every day. It's going to keep getting worse.
And they don't fu----g care.
Keep looking for another job.
Fu-k around on the clock. Walk in circles all day. Pass the time until the next door opens for you. At the end of the day you are replaceable and they are not going to give two sh--s who will replace you.
Goin do just enough to not get fired make your own fun.
