Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Major Competitors…

Our major competitors are working remote and hybrid. Why does the bank refuse to implement any such change? What benefit is there to stay when we could go work for a competitor and get the perks we desire…

I’ve always wondered what the taste of leather is. What is it like to be a boot li---r? I can’t relate, genuinely curious ;)

The bank is refusing to adapt and is showing how inflexible and out of touch they are.

When will they understand that if they continue this they will only retain the low value employee that is scared to find something better.

Brian is that you or is it one of your little mo--s? That’s probably why you are happy because if you are in upper management you are making a lot of money while the people underneath you are struggling. You also probably love being back in the office because your direct reports kiss your a-s and make you feel all high and mighty. Reality check for you, you are another useless peon that probably doesn’t know how to manage and won’t be immune to the chopping block when lay-offs come around because this place doesn’t give a damn about you despite how much kool-aid you suck down.

You go. Some of us are happy here in Charlotte. Stop complaining and go back to work before you lose your job. Thus is insane
