Dell is ignoring the importance of experienced employees.
Only now, after the company has done nothing to keep those with skills and experience, can you see how wrong their decision was.
How can inexperienced employees possibly handle all the workload? This company is joke.

Being a recently hired younger employee and the majority of coworkers/peers that have been hired in the last year ~ 18 months are here to pad our resume and are only planning on being a Dell employee until finding a job at another company.
how? explain please.
