Thread regarding IBM layoffs

I am afraid that without great innovations it will only get worse here

I really don't know how this company intends to survive without great innovations. In my opinion, that is not possible. On the other hand, how much do decision makers care about innovation here? Almost nothing. It seems to be the last thing on their list of priorities.

Anything you can do on a quantum computer you can currently do faster and cheaper on a traditional computer. You can also scale up and scale out on a traditional computer. Try that with quantum.
