In clearwater, GIRL POWER is all you'll see. So many move up so quick without the required degree or skills.... can't complain since it something to look at lol
HR are generally hopeless -
never sure if they are lazy or incompetent
(or both)
You never believe it happens until it does.
Way back I recall an incident in which an employee made some pretty ugly emails disparaging a customer. Yes -- they collected everyone's laptop and desktop. Yes they fired everyone who received the emails and didn't report it. well... not everyone.. only males over 40 if I recall. more than one or two. The females were considered "victims" even though they got the emails and didn't report it either. not much has changed I guess.
HR = Human Resources. As in, humans are a resource in the same way lithium is a resource or coal is a resource.
Anybody who chooses a career in HR is without ethics or morals.
Re: Clearwater "incident". We obviously don't know all the details here. If someone lost their job specifically because they reported suspected harassment to HR, they would be winning a large payout in the courts quite easily. Avoiding HR is good advice in most scenarios though. Everyone knows this I hope.

If they want into your device they can get into it. They don't need you. And I would fire you outright for logging into ANYTHING and leaving it to someone else like that.
My old boss was on board with this. At one time he was okay, then he became a heartless monster. I don't know how he can live with himself. He's a shell of his former self.
Honeywell executives are reading this and saying to themselves "Good, the company is running exactly how we wanted". They don't care. They are without a conscience or a soul. No character. No dignity. Human garbage.
Never trust HR. HR Iis not impartial. Does not matter what company. I have worked at a few . The big companies are the worst.

I sat next to somebody who made a report to HR about someone I didn’t know.
HR called me in four separate times asking for dirt on the person who filed the report. My manager told me my cooperation with them would impact my MIP.

Does he forward inappropriate emails?

No this wasn’t associated with the customer incident in the early 2000s. This was a witch hunt seeking to discredit someone who reported misconduct by a leader. The leader was moved to another site and the reporter was on a pip and gone within the year.
Recommend you say “Sure, sorry I can’t help I was in the lab”. Then keep your mouth shut unless you were the actual victim. If you have direct information share if you want but certainly it will destroy your career. Unless you are female… in that case consider asking for a promotion in return for cooperation and signing the inevitable NDA.
