does anyone know if WFC pays out a severance package when one resigns due to not feeling comfortable returning after a HR complaint?

Wells Fargo does not do this.
Citi does do this. All you have to tell them at Citi is that you want to be packaged out.
In the US empire, employees have VERY few if any worker rights. It's quite "exceptional"...

Instead of the keyboard lawyers here, reach out to your lawyer, or one that handles employment related cases. They may tell you they won't take on your case because the $$$ is too small for them to invest in, but they may provide you with some actions to follow. I had one that wrote a letter on my behalf several years ago due to an employment issue, even though he didn't take me on as a client. My guess is that you could make the offer and offer to sign an NDA saying you won't discuss it with anyone else going forward, but your best bet is to speak to someone that deals with this every day.

Several years into a case?! Yikes. What a waste of everybody’s time.
Keep in mind, if you take a severance you'll have to sign a release and if you're dealing with retaliation and think you may have a court case, don't sign that form. I didn't, several years into a case, don't fall for that trap.

Hahaha...then everyone would make a complaint. Not to say yours isn't legit, but there are a ton of flimsy complaints made everyday.
Well, if they retaliate against you, you would have a case.
I don’t think heheh would pay you to leave, however. They may also remove you from any layoff list for fear of a retaliation case.
