Why did they put that survey out if they weren’t going to listen in the first place? People are leaving left and right.

I’m a different mortgage person but in centralized sales (think call center mortgage sales) the originators in Charlotte and all that help on the sales side we are all 5 days a week in office no hybrid. The fulfillment teams (think processors, underwriters, title, closers$ in Charlotte are hybrid only having to be in the office on Tuesday and Wednesday’s only. I still do know any other group that has to be in the off 5 days a week besides us.
Prepaid Fraud WFH . But now they are forcing all hours to meet California. Which means if you are on East Coast you have to start at the earliest, 11:00am. Pretty much second shift. Yes, there is a pay differential, but there goes the entire day.
GTO is now hiring people as remote, WFH. WTF is up with that and forcing people back to the office???
Please clarify which division of mortgage. Nothing has been communicated to bk.
Mortgage here, My group has not been comunicated anything.
We were told in GBAM that hybrid was coming and to be patient. That was 3 months ago. They expect people in 5 days. So many people ready to walk.

So basically, they still can’t get this right. They took a survey and have not communicated anything about the results or a consistent plan across the org. Every leader seem to be making their own decisions for their teams. For some it’s five days back, some three days back, some two to three back and some are told nothing. And they wonder why people are leaving.
