I was part of the “workforce reduction” my reward for being a top achiever last year. Was told I would be paid through May- as of this moment no deposit had been made. Anyone else in this situation?

I don't think that performance ratings is part of the criteria for SIRP selection. The post from @2jwp+1gIfZ8ow just proves it.
@2gil+1gIfZ8ow Many TA were SIRP. They typically have the highest salary and so are targeted. One SIRP had TA ten years in a row, humble fellow who just worked hard , always did the right thing for the company and helped out all the LL6’s teams. One of those guys that is salt of the earth. He was really hurt, but quickly found a better job.
What has been interesting after the fact is how the LL6 is blaming the guy for everything that has gone wrong since he was SIRP. Joe didn’t document this, Joe didn’t ensure all his coworkers were trained, Joe’s solution was too clever we need to hire consultants to come up with an understandable solution. What a tool.
Other things have come out like how it was all the other LL6’s not his own that lobbied for him to get a TA each year. Turns out his LL6 is a jealous little man.
A TA and they SIRP you??? For sure I would speak to a lawyer - no doubt about that. Wow just wow.
I'm with the OP. I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them.
OP, you should have told them to stick their waiver and talked to a lawyer.
When was your last day worked? I was let go, too ; official last day was 4/30, so regular pay check is through 4/30. So don’t know who told you that you where paid through May unless you are talking about SIRP - that will be paid at end of May.
