The GSSO House Cleaning has started. Next up needs to be the Americas Sales VP and his Engineering Director. These two have no idea what they are doing and are directly responsible for the poor performance in the Americas. Their ineptness is directly responsible for the upcoming layoffs. And to top it off, these two refuse to communicate or answer any questions about the lack of Gold Rush Visibility and Payouts. There is a total lack of transparency from these two.

The issue is beyond the product. The Americas VP cannot even give an update on his Gold Rush that was derived when the 1H goals were miscalculated which he won’t acknowledge. The closest acknowledgment was this Gold Rush program that has turned out to be a joke. We are starting to hear what he communicated is not accurate. We are not going to get paid what he were told. This is a leadership issue and further compounded by the fact he won’t address it while the sellers keep asking when they will get paid on this. We keep asking for visibility into this but continue to be ignored. There is no visibility into what is going on and there is no accountability of the Americas VP or his Engineering Director. This is embarrassing for a company that is supposed to be the top place to work. Since his pay is not impacted he does not care about those below him. This is a lack of leadership, transparency, and a lack of human decency.

Sounds like great insight (said sarcastically) everyone on here has. Not sure why anyone would think a new leader would make any difference at all when the product is not competitive. Isn’t that the definition of insanity. But, I’m sure everyone on here pi----g and moaning about how bad other people are know best (said even more sarcastically).

Speaking from the direct side, your security engineering director came from our side and he was only chosen cause of EK’s initiative to implement the C2E disaster across CIsco. That is the ONLY reason he was chosen. C2E has been one of the biggest failures in recent engineering history. It has cost me and my AM more deals and we have stopped using it.

Good luck to you all on the security side with MK but sounds like everyone is figuring out he is not a leader and only an EK kisser which will lead to layoffs on your side just like it will with us. That is why we have so many AMs and SAs jumping ship.

It is unfortunate that half our pay from the 1H has been in limbo with no visibility into this. There has been no communication from VW on this as it was his big idea back in December. Now we are hearing that he lied to the field about the program so our pay will be much less. This is a complete lack of transparency and accountability. How did someone get to be an executive VP that has not demonstrated any aspect of real leadership, but has avoided any questions and request for communication on this. My TSA shares the same from engineering side, that they are not given any communication on what is happening from VW’s engineering director. No one is holding these 2 accountable. A complete lack of real leadership at its best which will have the impact of layoffs due to their ineptness.

They need to go back to something they would be much better at. They have just about the right level of combined knowledge to run their own business.

One can run the fast food cash register, and the other can make the french fries.

Once the new Global VP of Security Sales is in place, there will be more changes. These two individuals will be shown the door also.
