Will they close more stores? Yes.
Will they outsource more call centers? Yes.
Will they keep taking away our benefits? Yes.
If you've been with T for more than a year, you should know by now that the answer to these and similar questions will always be a resounding yes.

the good news is not all corporations are ran like cesspool att. been to two companies since I left att and haven't heard the words layoff, surplus, outsource since I left.
att is a badly managed company and their stock price shows it.

Went to a store recently. One rep met me at the door and escorted me to a table. Another sat down with me and discussed my issue. Another came by to have some friendly discussion while my phone was being worked on. All 3 were friendly and helpful since I was the only customer there.
Just business. If you don’t like it, might want to leave corporate America.
