Having management that doesn't care about employees makes me so angry. There are companies with good leaders who care about employees and support their career growth that are doing really well for that exact reason. The saying "a happy employee is a good employee" exists for a reason. But not Charlie and not the rest of the ELT. We are nothing but numbers to them. They are misusing their best resource and they don't even care. We have such a sad excuse for leadership.

Unhappy employees mean happy managers.
You seem to be under the impression that Chsrlie was brought in to run the company well. He wasn't. His entire purpose is to lower headcount. Of course he doesn't give 2 sh--s about employees. If he could get away with sending nasty emails to employees every day telling them he wants them to quit, he would.
