For nearly a year I have been working like a fu----g horse, pulling more than humanly possible to get everything done correctly and in time. Then I watched two other people get promoted based on the work I did. Fu-k that. I'm getting out of here as fast as I can.

The same thing happened to me. A buddy of the director that had two years of experience in IT got promoted to be a Principal Engineer over three others that had 20 years of experience in IT. Just like you. Looking to leave.
