Why don't some of you executives lead the way and give up your offices so you can work at a high school cafeteria table?

I think he meant benes which is short for benefits. They get things like cars, boats, furs, a year's supply of Rice a Roni side dishes, car washes etc.

What they really should give up is all the perks they get. There's no shortage of special benis and goodies for them.
The “regular” workers could hear them on the calls where they learn and practice the latest buzz words.
What happens if everyone said they needed special accommodations because they get easily distracted in an open office.
Great suggestion, they would certainly not be “very excited” as much as the seem to be now.
