How easy is it to roll your Voya 401k into an IRA?

Is the overall process long? Is it close to an instant transfer or is the money out of the market for a few weeks?

If you hold EM stocks, you can ask for "transfer-in-kind" so you don't have to sell and re-enter (missing stock movement). Others, you have to liquidate into cash.

Took about 14 days for me, it’s out of the market for about 7 of those days. 4 being weekend and the other 3 being the days boys took to confirm my decision and execute it. I had (for free) and advisor at the bank that I had my IRA at actually execute it with me on the phone. I called my bank, they conferenced in Voya, and we did it in 20mins. They did the talking and I just said yes when asked questions.
