I have been miserable since day one and I am currently looking for any way out of this mess. The work we do on the front lines doesn’t compensate nearly enough for all that is expected of us to do. They respect us the least and pay us the least and we are the ones who do more work than most anybody else here. Thanks but no thanks.

You are right. Just like almost all of their customers are Americans too. Then how come there are more foreigners than Americans leading and managing this company? So I guess 'this is America" just not inside Verizon. This is why the company is floundering too.

You have to just not care and slack off as much as possible. Don't stress or worry about anything except what is right in front of you. Your worth is $200 taxed at 40% if you're too 10% of the company. Might send you a beaded bracelet though.
