The longer I work here, the more I see how growing nepotism is destroying culture here, demoralizing hard workers, motivating knowledgeable employees to leave, etc.
Dealing with nepotism in the workplace is always tough. Perhaps someone has some ideas or experiences to share on how to overcome nepotism here?
She didn't create that. The entire professional creative class is now basically woke. That class is more important than averages joes from flyover country so their politics reigns. Also, diversity is nice!

She did come out of the right birth canal, but reading between the lines seems like the father did not think too highly of her potential. Tried to get her to run the foundation instead of Fidelity. She's been lucky to reign during a big bull market, it'll be interesting to see how she does if the economy goes south. Her daddy was very smart so afraid he might have been right about her!
Low a#'s gonna promote their friends, give them raises, and shares because few SVPs and above actually do anything, other than pass judgment and feedback on work of others. Joke.
You’re in the wrong company. Even the CEO came out of the right birth canal. Lots of big shots get their kids jobs as well. And friends bring their friends in to high spots.
