IBM can do nothing to redeem itself in my eyes at this point. The company has shown over and over again how little it cares for its employees, especially the older and most loyal ones. To say they've been treated like dirt would be an understatement. And some of you still care and want to see it succeed? Why?

Not that anyone cares but take pride in what they do especially if the resume is out there for a new job. Clients make the best references
Who says anyone cares? Execs care only to keep their job and bonus. Everyone else don’t give a shxt. There is no team. IBM is a zero sum game.
