The boards and the execs are all working together to ensure their own compensation and agendas are pushed through, even if it's not in the best interests of the shareholders. It is just like politics as the Dems and Repubs do the same thing, they could care less about their constituents and all lie, lie, lie, to get elected.

Hopefully they listen to their investors.

This idea that without paying this guy $50M, something bad so happen to Chase is ridiculous.
