In the last six months I've been required to take on multiple jobs that are not part of my responsibilities. Most of the time, it's jobs that were done by people who have quit in that period. I'm already stretched too thin and I know a few more people are planning to leave. I think I'll just stop doing anything that was not mine to do originally. They can fire me, but even that can't be worse than what I'm going through now.

This was a issue prior to the exodus, i had several duties that used to be a Team Lead role, while still producing top 10/96 numbers n got 2%, following year already burnt-out, did enough to be top 20/93 n then got a 2.5%, seems to me their wires are crossed they pay you not to perform but then expect you to over achieve! Idk if they know what there doing at this point!
Just do the extra work or get no raise, but if instead you exceed expectations then you will get no raise or maybe a chance at a 2 percent increase.
