I'm good w/ the stocks dropping between now and end of June/start of July. I just want them to come back up by mid-July so I can dump my ESPP purchased shares for my 15% bonus. Then, if we can stay higher than this drop, assuming we don't recover by the mid-year ESPP purchase date, my ESPP shares will be worth more than 15% next Jan, July, ...
I missed out on some good years worth of low ESPP prices and didn't want my new ESPP baseline price to be the $63 high water mark that it was at the beginning of this Jan. I knew it wouldn't remain that high for more than 6 months.

csco stock down 15% in after-market trading. reason: Q4 guidance revenue will be -1% to -5%, hence to mitigate that downside, expect a 5-8% headcount cut. This is VERY BAD!!

This is not a good sign at all...Q4 will be tough and still believe LRs will happen...
i didnt expect the stock to react this bad.. Glad i sold them at 55 to 60 . Looks like its plumbing the 30s now.
