Cisco grew thanks to its great employees but then it started losing its best people to competitors.
Isn't that the worst mistake? I think it's too late now unfortunately because a lot of things had to be done differently to avoid this situation.

It all comes down to the strategy the leadership is trying to implement.
Over the last decade, there hasn't been any actual innovation integrated into Cisco's strategy. Since creative, innovative employees create more stress for the leadership team and cost more money, the leadership team hasn't missed them.
We need SE type in charge of to fix snd make better cultures! Salesman is ho-e and cannot lead. Only lie they do. Must move from the sales lead thing. Also, the cisco impact sales convention is back in Vegas this year so they can spend expenses on ho---r and expensive drink and food/ mostly drink me thinks. Chuck should cancel such fake meetings and give engineers raises or RSu!
Has Cisco ever had good leadership? We've always had a culture of salesmen leading strategy. I don't understand why people expect good leadership
Great employees are meaningless when you have cr---y leadership at the helm. Looking at U JC! The perpetual 3 to 5 years plan... Operation warp speed... Breakaway... rinse repeat... ROLFLAMO
Who cares the past is over
All companies lose great people. It's unavoidable.
