T management is far more concerned about making themselves look good to other management types than doing anything to help the teams they're supposed to be leading. I think we could safely get rid of about 50 percent of the lower, middle, and upper management and nobody would even notice.

How much do we pay customers to order their own new phone on the Online store? $0.
How much do we pay an RSC to do the same transaction with a Opus Mobile iPad? ~$300 ($50K salary + $25K benefits = $75K, divided by 250 days assuming 1 new gross add per day)
How much RSCs complain about management? Priceless.

I think we could safely get rid of about 50% of absurdly high paid union techs and replace them with contractors and get about the same output. Since we’re being honest. Just my 2 cents
It's been a while since I've complained about management. Gotta prop myself up and making myself look cool with the guys by calling management useless and other names.
And get rid of half of those malcontents to improve AT&T quality. Make AT&T great again.
Retail management is awful and toxic. Ever wonder why ASMs hit their one year and then drop down to RSC again?
